Ryan Gray, President

Ryan is a proud father and devoted husband to a strong-willed family who has overcome adversity and tragedy to create a meaningful, positive legacy in honor of their angel, McKenzie. He is passionate about giving back to a community that has provided tremendous support to the Gray family, especially through the game of golf, which has created countless memorable experiences for Ryan and Kait.

A member of the PGA of America for the past 14 years, Ryan is entering his ninth year as Director of Golf at Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club. He is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Kait Gray, Vice-President

Kait Gray is the co-founder of McKenzie’s Moment, a charitable foundation created in loving memory of her daughter, McKenzie. What began as a deeply personal journey has grown into a mission dedicated to supporting women, children, and families through meaningful community impact.

Alongside her husband, Ryan, Kait has helped grow McKenzie’s Moment into a foundation that has raised millions of dollars to advance maternal-fetal medicine, strengthen school safety initiatives, and support underserved families.

Professionally, Kait serves as a Vice President at Siemens Healthineers, where she leads Women’s Health and X-ray initiatives focused on expanding access to innovative, life-saving technology. Her professional work and philanthropic mission are deeply connected—both centered on improving outcomes and supporting families when it matters most.

Kait is a devoted wife and mother who believes in leading with purpose, gratitude, and heart—transforming loss into lasting impact for others.

Brenden Ehlers, Treasurer

Brendon Ehlers is originally from Evanston, Wyoming and has proudly called Ocala home for the past 15 years. He is married to his wife, Kristy and is a devoted father to their two daughters, Maisie and Hallie. Brendon currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager with Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where he leads teams with a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and patient-first impact. He is honored to serve as Treasurer on the McKenzie’s Moment Board and to support the organization’s mission.

Marny Donnelly, Secretary

Marny Donnelly has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in various fields and has been an Account Executive with Precision Sidewalk Safety for over 10 years. She was one of the founding board members of Ocala Power Volleyball Academy and served on the board for 3 years. Marny has a BS in Management & Marketing and has been a part of the Ocala community for over 20 years.
